Q?
What are soft skills, and why are they necessary?
-
A.
Soft skills include any behaviors that help us work better together. Dealing with conflict, active listening, building consensus, practicing inclusion and alignment, seeking alliances, all have a significant role in creating stronger and more productive relationships.

Q?
How does AZA work, from start to finish of a project?
-
A.
- Initial contact -- We return phone calls and e-mails within 24 hours.
- Dialogue -- We discuss what you want for your people, and maybe more important, what you don't want. With your input, AZA will help develop tangible, practical results to meet your needs.
- Design and review -- We design a program based on your feedback and submit it for review.
- Implementation -- We deliver the learning session(s) within your time-frame.
- Evaluation and Follow-Up -- We welcome evaluation, using one of our instruments or one provided by the client. We prefer to meet with our contact after the session to go over the evaluations and discuss the results.

Q?
How are AZA’s fees negotiated?
-
A.
We have a wide range of clients and work with them individually to meet their needs. Fees, materials costs, development, travel, and AV/meeting room requirements are variables that may affect pricing. AZA is always competitive, and we keep our fees below industry average.

Q?
What about learning sessions not listed on the Web site?
-
A.
We have developed hundreds of programs for audiences ranging from 3rd grade students to Senior Executive Service members. The sessions listed on the site are a sampling. We welcome new challenges in developing new programs. For any subject beyond our expertise, or if scheduling problems arise, we will refer you to the large network of professionals with whom we work.
